Sort your affairs for less and get the package that is right for you, then complete it in your own time.

Getting your affairs in order and planning for the future may seem quite daunting, which is why so many people put it off.  However, having the right documents in place not only ensures that your wishes can be carried out but also gives you control over who can make decisions for you if there comes a time when you can't.

Our packages include both a Will and all Power of Attorney forms, that once filled in by you online, are checked by a Will and Power of Attorney specialist.

A Will

A Will is essential in ensuring that your estate, everything from your possessions and property to children and charities, is laid out in a clear and legally binding way.  Without a will, the government decides who gets what.

A Power of Attorney

A Power of Attorney is a document that allows a trusted person, you have chosen, to make decisions if you cant.  You decide when they can make the decision for you, and what type of decisions they can make, covering either your Health and Welfare and/or your Property and Finances.  Once your forms are completed you will need to register them with the Office of the Public Guardian for a fee.
